Women can apply for Hajj without Muharram

Hajj is a pilgrimage for all Muslims that is obligatory and must be performed provided that a Muslim has the means to travel and is physically and mentally fit. It was a common pilgrimage for all before Muhammad (SAW) took Hajj in AD 631, and non-Muslims could make the journey to Makkah as well.
